Dawn Helfand, a licensed massage therapist from New York, is making Nashville her home. Dawn studied at Swedish Instituut, specialized in bodywork and is working for 15 years with Essential oils.

Ricky Pampo has been in the fitness field for more than 22 years.  It initially started to avoid being bullied, then it grew into preventing the possible inheritance of multiple ailments including high blood pressure, cholesterol, and cancer. It became a lifestyle with purpose to help others live quality lives as pain-free and enjoyable as humanly possible. He is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Shotokan, has more than 10 years in Dietetics and Nutrition, a Fitness Instructor, a Baton Rouge, LA favorite for cooking tasty, healthy eats on CBS,

Dr. Grace D. Pampo Janello has been consulting and healing fellow humans, since 1995.

Samra University is the oldest and one of the finest comprehensive oriental medical institution in the US and has been known internationally as a premiere teaching institution, due to its diverse talents of its medical professors and instructors, as well as advanced training in the classroom and in the clinic setup. Hence, Grace has received diverse, comprehensive, and advanced training in holistic medicine/Oriental medicine and performs as an acupuncture physician, holistic primary health care provider,  and advocate healer to all her patients.

Melissa Alesi is a Reiki Master practitioner, and  enjoyed helping others using this ancient Japanese healing technique for the past several years. Therapeutic oils, healing crystals, singing bowls and tuning forks are several other modalities that compliment her Reiki practice. 
Melissa also offer the Ionic Foot Detox, which uses ions to draw out toxins through the soles of the feet, as well as an organic, paraben-free, cruelty-free, P.E.T.A. approved spray tan. 
She have a bachelors degree in Applied Nutrition from the University of Delaware, a background in personal training and group fitness. I am just as passionate about health and wellness as I am about music. 

Jen-Jen came to the United States in 1991 from Taiwan and has  greatly contributed to the cultural and artistic richness of Nashville. She holds an MFA in Dance from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and in 2002, she founded Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville (CAAN) to continue pursuing her passion in performing arts as well as promoting Chinese arts.  Jen-Jen was awarded “Living Cultural Treasure Award” by Scarritt-Bennett Center, Nashville, in 2000, and the Carell Fine Arts Artist in Residence in 2013 at the Harpeth Hall School.  She has taught Chinese dance at the Nashville Chinese School, was Principal of the Nashville Chinese School 1999-2001, the initial Chinese language program teacher at Eakin School, presently teaches modern dance at the Vanderbilt University’s Dance Program, TaiChi at Sevier Park, and is a Teaching Artist for the Arts Education’s ArtSmart Program at the at Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

Kathleen Ongena is a native of Ghent, Belgium where she received a business degree and a master’s degree in education. After her own personal experience in 2006 using alpha theta training, she began researching other forms and uses of therapeutic sounds. In 2009 she moved to the U.S., and in 2015 became certified as a Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the American Union of NLP in New York (AUNLP), focusing on the connection between neurological responses, language, and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming) while also pursuing Sound Healing Classes through the Sound Healing Center, Globe Institute, San Francisco, California. In 2015 she founded RDRTM. She has been a singer-songwriter for over 25 years and has produced music containing alpha theta sounds. She is also owner of the  Wholesome Health Lounge, a holistic salon and spa in Nashville, Tennessee, which houses the RDR™ Center and Therapeutic Sound Room.
